Yeah, and Boxing Day! All that chocolate has to be started, because it would be terribly rude to leave it unopened, wouldn't it? ;)

With others, throughout the time leading up to Christmas day (starting the earlier the better) and all the way through 12th night, with some leftovers beyond.

A little nibble here, a little nibble there, and loads of things at times. Ah. That is the life!!!

Yes, we do and have done so for years, always regretting afterwards.......so last Christmas, I HALVED my shopping and what I put on the table, and we still pigged out, but did not feel quite so ill......so there you go!

This year I am half down sizing the shopping list, and I probably will still have to throw some food out ! Which is disgraceful is nt it !

I normally do, but one christmas I went overboard and was eating EVERYTHING. I think I had a day of eating Doritos with the dip, After Eight mints, ice cream (2 helpings), normal christmas dinner, dumplings, box of Celebrations, popcorn...
At the end of the evening my chest felt really heavy and I felt REALLY sick!!
I wont be doing that this year!

Yes! I think we all do as I remember the Christmas days of my youth. I know it is a tendency on my part and I think the reason i do is because it brings back memories, not because I am a glutton but because we try to "relive" the past

I actually don't. I'm not watching my weight or anything like that, we just never had a huge meal - just some turkey which I never ate much of since I find it very dry and so don't like it much. (But no, I'm not exactly a thin person anyway).
There's a few more sweets/chocolates in the house than usual, but it's never made me go up a dress size or something :)

No, as much as I love the holiday season, I don't "pig out"... I'm a hypoglycemic and this would throw off my diet and leave me suffering for days... I do nibble my way through and start baking early, so I can cheat sooner.LOL
