None of those have a particular average temperature associated with them. Typhoons, tornadoes and thunderstorms are usually warm temperature events while blizzards are obviously cold temperature events. The rest occur over a wide range of temperatures.

As far a Tsunamis and earthquakes are concerned, it can be any temperature, since they are geological in nature, tornadoes and thunderstorms the temperature can be in the upper 80s to low 90s. Same with typhoons, sunny days depends on the time of year as well as partly cloudy days, as far a blizzards go, anything below 32 degrees F.

It really depends on the region in which you want to measure the temperature. I don't think you can say that an average temperature during a tsunami exists, because it depends on the normal weather conditions...
