he can fire me anytime but since not a lot of people are excited or would like to work 12 hours mon-friday sat 8 sun 8 and not a lot of people know how to opperate the machines i operate so you see is easy but not likely he would do it after all at my work we have three machines down due to no operators.

No one is an island, and all are replaceable, as for me I'm retired, but that's the way I always looked at my work and I was highly trained in electronics's and electricity.

Not that easy. She has trained me to do more than one job that no one else knows how to do and she knows that no one else would do them as well. We are both going to "retire" in two years so I should be good.

I'm still in school and i don't get kicked out of school so if you call my principal my boss then it would take alot.

They say easy, but I work 65 - 70 hrs + a week & cover every shift they need me for, inc last week working all 7 days.
So.....?

It wouldn't be easy, but not impossible. It's time consuming to find good employees.
