Nooo that isnt an insult,it seems like it was just more of a general inquiry. Some people pay to get eyeliner tattooed on permanently so it is perfect all the time.If anything its a compliment that you get it perfect each day!

I wouldn't take that as an insult! She's probably asking you that because your eyeliner is always applied just right and it must last for a long time! Keep up the good work!

I think it's a compliment. It means that your eyeliner always looks fresh and neat. Tattoo eyeliner is very beautiful. I wish I could afford it.

x] It's just a question.
People have asked that to me, too. XD
Some people will ask that cause your eyeliner will look even, or dark, or you always wear it.
It's because people really CAN have tattoo'd eyeliner. (It lasts up to 10 years. Just look at Michael Jackson!)
it's neither a compliment, nor an insult. x]

i'd take it as a compliment. if it's tattood on, it means it's perfect, no smudges, it's even, when u do it by hand it can look different on each eye or there might be imperfections.
alot of people can't put eyliner on they have to get someone else to do it for them so when they see some one who can, they find it hard to believe it was done by hand. i've had that question asked of me before too.
i think it's a compliment to ur skill.

the first thing i need to know is , does she ever speak to you on a regular? because if not she may be trying to be funny. if you are asking if it was an insult, you felt insulted. you have a right to feel the way you want to. some people ought to mind their own business.

I would take it as neither a compliment or an insult, just a statement.

ask your friends and other colleagues on what they think of the black eyeliner you have worn. get friends who are good in cosmetics to help you put on something great eyeliner. and go back to the girl at work and flaunt them to her.

maybe its a compliment.. if its not, just think the other way around.. who cares if shes insulting you as long as you know that you're nice and beautiful.. it only means that shes spending some time to make herself be bothered by your appearance because shes insecure.. hehe....
