With all due respect NEW and $20 is unlikely. Without knowing at all where you're located certainly there are dozens of discounters online for tools; and/or you might compromise in finding used/well treated at a flea market or farm/yard sale? I wish you good luck

Well I don't know about $20.00 this is a "misery whip" and, it's going to cost you about $80.00 for a standard eight foot length, a twelve to fifteen footer will be like $100.00 to $125.00 check with any farm supply or hobbycrafters.com

i used to own one back in indiana 40 years ago,it will cost you a lot and i mean traveling to the great northwest in oregon or washington state at antique shops
