Yes, but soon I realize that "people, people who need people, are the lackiest people in the world".....
So I try to forgive, never saying "what kind of fool" I am, and keep my love for people "evergreen", since "papa can hear me", reminding me of my "Life story", and of "the way we were", and these "memories" make me say "happy days are here again", leaving the ones who "rain on my parade" or "don't bring me flowers anymore" feel "guilty".....

Nah ... I have found that when people find it necessary to do such things they are in desperate need of attention or approval. If they need it that badly I say - let 'em have it. They obviously need it more than I. I don't do things for compliments or praise ... I do them because they are the right thing to do. If someone else finds the need to take the credit or claim it as theirs so be it.
I live by the rule of karma. What goes around ... comes around. I have found this a pretty rewarding and less stressful way to live life. People like that always get "found out" in the end I have noticed - and that's always much worse for them than anything I could have said or done anyway.

Actually, I like it when they try to. It gives me an excuse to rent a tugboat, go out on the Hudson River, and bellow show tunes at the top of my lungs as we chug past the Statue of Liberty.

I don`t often parade in my life, Its not my way really.I like to just ,be natural.I am a humble sort of person.

Yes but you tend to get use to dealing with that an then tend to work though that, has happend a lot in my life.

Yeah especially the really cloudy ones with lightning in their eyes and thunder in their voices..
