Will Boston get a win? Yes. I think Boston fans are a little too arrogant for their own good though. 2 Things that will not happen in this series that have happened already and I guarantee this. #1. Beckett won't dominate the Indians like he did in game 1. I'm not saying he won't be solid, I'm saying adjustments will be made on him. #2. CC Sabathia and Fausto Carmona WILL NOT have 2 bad outings in a row. You can kiss that notion right out the door Bosox fan. Bostons bats won't be silenced? Neither will Cleveland's . I assure you that Cleveland hitters will not be shaking in their boots seeing "Dice K" (stupid nickname), on the mound. Our #4 Paul Byrd has got better stuff then this guy. Momentum has turned. Series is back in Cleveland following a solid win on Saturday night in extra innings. two out of 3 is they key here for the Indians. Sure-3 would be fantastic. But if they take 2 of 3-they are in GREAT shape.

I'm a proud Indians fan living in Northeast Ohio and I will have to say that Boston has a good chance of taking one game out of the next three.

Both teams are very good and can win three in a row easily against other AL teams, but not necessarily from each other. Wakefield's knuckleball may jump around quite a bit if the fall air gets crisp and cool off of the lake, but Dice-K has been pitching with a tired arm since late August and it is more than possible that the Tribe will make adjustments to Beckett. Boston will more than likely see a different Sabathia this time and that will give the Tribe an advantage.

Game six will be fun back in Boston because Carmona and Schilling are both too good to have back-to-back bad outings.

Go Tribe!

Hey Bunky, from reading all these answers it seems like there are a lot of yahoo Indian fans getting a little over confident for the Indians as well. It's just how it is on yahoo answers until their team loses and then they quiet down. Last I checked, the Sox and Indians were tied. It is now a 5 game series. The Sox have handled adversity just fine this year. Oh, and the Sox had the second best record with games on the road this year, so they do not get "flustered" at playing in someone else yard. They are experienced and have been here before. These guys are professional and I completely expect them to move on from this loss and continue to play great ball. The sox will be fine and this series will continue to be a close one between two outstanding teams.

I could have sworn reading all the yahoo answers after game one that Boston was going to win game 2 just like they did game one. What happened? A little over confident? Were the Red Sox fans getting a little to cocky? Now Boston has to go to Cleveland & now the advantage goes to Cleveland at their home field.

Sure they can get a win they both have the same exact record. If Cleveland get all 3 then great but Boston is too good for that it's gonna take all 7 games and THE TRIBE will come out on top.

The Jake is REAAL hard for an opposing team to win at. The Chief will be dancing in the aisles and the fans will be at fever frenzy pitch. I think the Indians will have a good chance of sweeping if all the "fateful" things happen-no, not "midge" bugs-but the breaks of balls falling to the gaps.(and Josh Beckett hanging some his breaking balls to Pronk,Martinez,Sizemore,Gutierrez and the rest of your "BAD BOYS"-Go Tribe-win it for us A.L. Central fans!

Better question... will the Sox fans be routing for the Indians when the Tribe goes to the World Series?

I see this being a very tough series for the bosox, but i believe they will take at least 1 from Cleveland, Boston is too good to allow themselves to be swept.
