Guess we have to wait and see. I do hope this case is solved and justice is served for Madeleine.

Another good question, Intel.
I think when it is all said and done and they find Maddy and prove beyond a doubt who the culprit is, there may be some child abuse charged handed down. But I think the court will give them the minimal sentence, probably probation or a fine. I think Social Services is watching them and will continue to do so.

I don't think they will be charged with anything. The supposed 'neglect' issue has already been dealt with by Social Services visiting them and there doesn't seem to be anything else for which they could or should be charged.

they should be charged with neglect, there are people who have done less and got jail sentences, why should they be any different? Oh yeah...they are middle-upper class, a more worthy type of human being

Nothing. They will never find enough evidence against them to convict.
The investigation should be diverted away from them and search for the real person/people behind this.

I say nothing at all, but guilty or not, they may be charged with Madeleine's murder, and if they're innocent and that happens and Madeleine's still out there, she won't be found.
