You have been on probation for 6months and your boss tells you he only liked you the first 5months, and then tells you If it were up to him he wouldnt hire you. thanks to your superviser you will get the job. Note: he dislikes you because of rumours he heard in coridoors from his best buddy!!! You have never dissapointed him or nerver failed to deliver. What should i do? Should i prove myself? i wouldnt know where to start. I hate having to smile with him and if i dont i dont get the job.. Dilema

I'd say "Oh, that's OK then, because I I wouldn't want you to think I'm here permanently. -I'll give you my best shot and be a willing and reliable employee, -but clearly, in the longer term, I hope to further my career and make progress, so obviously this involve leaving, probably, when it's to our mutual advantage."

Obviously your boss is listening to wrong ad visors.
Your superviser sounds like they know best!! Hang in there and prove your boss wrong.
Sounds like your superviser supports you - just go about your business as usual and things will pan out from there.
Hold your head high, stay strong and ignore rumours as my moto is - people only start rumours about you because they are jealous of you and they feel you are a threat to them.

i would be pissed off but prety much u aint got a leg to stand on u get full employers rights after working 4 the same company for a year ! and if u were only hired as temp not a thing u can do sorry :(

A manager who relies on undependable supervisors ends up a bad manager and the company will go into losses soon. The manager himself will lose the job. I enjoy leaving earlier to a better employment.

Sorry mate, `bosses' like that are all over' and it's simply not right. Take it to the Union and then look for another job, unless you have the courage to fight it out. good luck, it's a hard one, but an issue some one with courage need to take on! go for it!

Do the best work you can possibly do. Make money for the company then tell him if you had a choice you'd never have him for a manager and quit. Also flash him some boobs and ****.

well i'd stay for as long as i could, i mean we all have to earn a living to survive don't we, but i would not be too happy about it though, that's why i am my own boss, i do the employing
