If the court you are asking about is a criminal (nagistrates or crown) court then yes. just contact the court and ask
If the court is a civil court eg county....yes but most searching is chargeable Either contact the court in question or search online at www.courtservice.co.uk....you may have to pay a small fee
Regardless of which court if the record you are after involves a minor then you can not obtain it

In the US, usually. The state you're looking in will be the differing factor in how easy they are to get. Some states have public court records online. And some, you have to find the county, phone number and actually call someone to look them up. Good Luck.

yes, just as long as the documents are not sealed to protect a child you should be able to get any court document.
