Sure looks legit to me, and to the folks at this website http://www.savecalifornia.com/ which gives numbers to call and other actions you can take.

As to euphamisms for mom, dad might be 'parent'; for husband, wife might be 'life partner', 'significant other'.

Actually, I am praying the article and related website with phone numbers to call and ways and means of fighting it are a hoax.

What I can tell you is that News With Views is generally an excellent political opinions blog.

I do not live in California but I know it's getting pretty crazy over there (no offense intended).

I find this very hard to believe.
I have been teaching in California for years and the second any new legislation is passed, we are notified and directed to abide by the new regulation.
I have never heard of this.
However, if this is true, I will not stop using the terms Mom and Dad.

I went to the California Department of Education website and there was nothing about this in there. Also, the California Governor's website had nothing about it. I cannot find any reference to this on any major news site. I believe that this is a hoax.

Why was the voucher program not included as I requested?
"Same-sex partners" may soon replace, or its more politically correct variant "breeders"!
