Can you just go through a hotel like the Jumeirah Beach Hotel to get to the beach or do you have to pay to do this?

You can if you go to the Royal Meridian, i know because i stayed there.
The hotel is very big but you'd need to look the part, as in well dressed and not a couple of scallys looking for a freebie.
Go straight ahead when you walk in the doors towards a gap in the wall to the right hand side of the main desk.
You will see a restaurant area in frount so turn to the right and the you'll see the doors to the left.
Act as if you know the place, everyone there is well dressed so make sure you do and hide any beach stuff in a classy bag.
The hotel grounds are massive, loads of space on the beach with empty beds, etc.
When you walk in you will be greeted by staff so be prepared for it, say hello, be casual and walk straight ahed.
There's hundreds of guests and hundreds of staff so there's no way they can know everyone
Remember, this is a very expensive hotel turning up in shorts and a t-shirt will have get in the sea alright but 30ft under wearing concrete shoes! lol

Jumeirah Beach is very loonng... which area are you asking for? There is free access beach, next to Burj Al Arab Hotel. By that area, you can get a clear shot of Burj Al Arab itself for photo and people always go picnic there.
There is Jumeirah Beach Park which you pay Dhs 5/- to enter which offer the facility like toilet, shower, BBQ grill and restaurant. It has its timing which I am not sure, so I will leave it blank. Monday is the women only day. FYI
And also you can access by staying in such a hotel like Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Royal Mirage, Oasis Beach Hotel, Dubai Marine etc... They are expensive, of course, so dont ask me cos I'm poor haha.
Oh, if you go have brunch in Oasis Beach Hotel, you can also access the beach cos the brunch is on the beach itself!

jumeira is solid region to se the advancements in new dubai . and the close by identifying to purchase shops dubai creek is extra advantageous for good deal searching and identifying to purchase and seeing the previous dubai and its city centre. extra classic nutrition form is obtainable close to right here. relies upon on ur decision.
