i am going on holiday in december and really hope to be period free but by the looks of things its going to be coming the day before I leave. is there anyway of redirecting it some place else so i don't have it during that week? please help:)

I'm not exactly sure about the health risks, but skipping the "sugar" pills and moving onto a new stage of pills will mean that you will skip your period. I know of a few girls who do this occasionally and have not experienced any health problems, however it may be a good idea to talk to your doctor concerning any health risks.

My girlfriend did this when we went to New Zealand for holidays, she just kept taking the pill as usual to be period free.

Yes, by only taking the hormone pills and starting a new pack of pills but I would recommend talking to your doctor first before trying it.
