I really need help in identifing this plant-

It's my favorite tree! It's name is "թութ" in Armenian, pronounced as English "tooth", English name is mulberry if I translated correctly.
I used to spend all my vacations at my grandparents sitting on this tree, eating berries and reading books :)

It is a Mulberry, the fruit is ready to eat when it is black.

There are two trees in the grounds of the old part of Reading University and each year i would stuff myself with the fruit

To me it looks like a Mulberry tree. I have one in my yard. The berries are edible, but they make a mess because the birds love them and drop them all over the yard.

Your tree is a Morus - common name mulberry.

The berries are lovely, if you can get to them before the birds that is.
