A foreskin is difficult to tear since it's double layered like your eyelids. Make sure that it's not your frenulum (that thin line that holds your foreskin to the shaft on the bottom part of the head). You also have a frenulum under your tongue and lips.

Consider going slower/easier during sex, and consider using a lubricant like XY or Astroglide. That'll prevent friction.

If it's the frenulum, you can have it removed. But try to stretch it when you shower for a few weeks and see if it makes any difference.

If you have a tight foreskin that's causing this, read this link:

Foreskin Tear Bleeding

The inner lining of the foreskin is made up of an extemely delicate and fine mucous membrane.
This tears and rips frequently during intercourse.
In hospital Emergency Rooms it is quite a common occurence to see an uncircumcised man bleeding from his foreskin. There is nothing unusual in this. It is part and parcel of having a foreskin.
The standard solution is to try two treatment methods.
1)- Ointments and creams can be used to stop the bleeding and pain. Occasionally this will require surgery if the frenulum has ripped open.

2)-Circumcision is usually performed upon repeat cases. This solves the problem forever.

If this is happening to you on a regular basis I recommend circumcision. After a 3 week period of recovery the body will have adapted to the new sensations. From that point on you will be able to live a normal sexual life free of these problems.

My husband had this problem and we went to our PCP and he didn't have much input but Mir lubercation and slow down! This didn't help a whole lot do I used to work for a leading urologist in the area. So I called and got an appointment with him. He immediately walked in the room and said it was from his type 2 diabetes. I said he has never been diagnosed with diabetes. He said well he needs to be in meds now as his sugars are so high they are spilling over into his urine! So we went back to PCP and gave him the information and sure enough test came back positive for type 2 diabetes! With in a week to 10 days if being on Meds we were back to having sex several times a week, no tearing it pain!

Perhaps rough sex isn't good for you.
I suggest you get circumcised, this will stop this happening!

Ouch! I guess yours is made of tissue paper, because normally they're much sturdier than that ;) They have to withstand all that friction. Yours sounds abnormal.
