Yes, I have done it during the beginning of one pregnancy and my mom did it through two pregnancies. Just keep your calorie intake at the level that your doctor/midwife suggests!

Some in the medical profession don't recommend it - could cause contractions of the uterus. But, I know several moms who have nursed and been pregnant at the same time. I would check with your OB/GYN just to make sure.

It happens. Your doctor would probably recommend that you stop nursing becasue your body needs all it can to grow that baby in side of you.
