I'm not aware of a "camp", but I do believe that there is a "convention" of sorts where you can go and spend the entire time dressed. As well as attend seminars etc. You might check with Triess or URNA. Both of these organizations mght be able to help.

In the UK there are organisations which do this sort of thing but usually it is a bit more specialised in the you dress as a maid or schoolgirl. The one I work for is the Muir Academy but the same organisation run Tawsinham weekends that involves a number of disciplines and I suppose you can dress dress if you wish. You can get details from www.tawse.com
Oh yes I just remembered Rosies in Sheffield used to run a weekend at Scarborough for transvestites I don't know if they still do

Metrosexual men will still identify as being a man. Also, their clothes aren't nearly AS effeminate as a woman's. Transsexual women identify as a woman. They will dress exactly like a woman. So I see what you're saying, but I still think there is some difference between them.

I don't know about camp. But there are lots of cross dressing bars and hangouts. Camp would be fun.

That probably depends on where you live. In Los Angeles there are CD friendly clubs and restaraunts. Most major US cities have cd friendly clubs. Where do you live?

There are all sorts of places you can go to be yourself in comfort
There are clubs and commercial organisations in the UK that cater for all, and others for more 'specialist' tastes like maid academys
Here are some examples...
http://www.transformation.co.uk/features/shops/feature_663,2.html
http://transliving.co.uk/
http://www.pandoradepledge.com/
And one I found in the US
http://www.crossdressusa.com/default.asp?id=53
so there must be more..
Best of luck
