The best thing about George Strait is that he still believes in traditional country, You can hear some Bob Wills when he plays and he doesn't stray too far off from that style of music. He's had over 50 #1 hits already and at 51 years old he shows no sign of slowing down. I am also glad that he finally beat the monkeys off his back that he had to deal with back in the early years.

George is better than any of that sludge coming off of Nashville's Music Ruination Row because he controls his artistic integrity.
