My answer's nicer. I think you should Google "pregnancy symptoms". It will give you a list of the correct symptoms, a much more reliable answer than that of some random Yahoo-er who will tell you if you're seeing purple spots you're preggers.

Though obvious symptoms are a rapidly increasing belly size, unexplainable weight gain, nausea/vomiting, and having to pee more than usual.

Tired, emotional, crabby, achy in the boobs, light cramping in the abdomen are some of the typical symptoms of pregnancy.

One can also go thru the typical morning sickness symptoms like vomiting and nausea as well but I didn't. Every woman is different. If you do, it's ok. If you don't, it's ok.

In the early stages these are, nausea, tiredness, loss of appitite, tender breasts, missing a period is the obvious and usually the first one!
