I've known a fair number of Filipinas married to foreigners and usually these women do not act jealous.
On the other hand, Filipinas married to Filipinas are often very jealous and/or insecure.
IMHO, there are two reasons for this situation.
1) In mixed culture marriages, both parties tend to be forgiving of perceived faults. One often makes the excuse "I guess its different for them. I shouldn't jump to conclusions" There are lesser expectations.
On the other hand, with Filipino/Filipina marriages there are expected responses that if aren't shown automatically raises hackles.
2) Filipino males are raised in a women dominated society. Women tend to be placed on pedestals. Males tend to be puppy dogs or knights in armor. (hey guys its not all good because it could be rabid puppy dogs and rusty shinig armor). Anyway, with two women around, the Filipino male gets confused esp if the new girl acts like a damsel in distress. He will predictably fumble the ball. There simply is no way to satisfy everyone. but the filipino male doen't know that.

As a guy i will inform you that a powerful 20% of fellows are that insecure. i won't be in a position to assert that the Filipino adult males are to any extent further suitable or worse. some cultures basically assume their people to be somewhat greater open approximately their jealousy or possesiveness. I dated a filipino woman, long term lesbian relationship.She was not very jealous....Very confidant that i would not cheat..They are not familiar with Cheating..filipino men just aren't like american men with the cheating and the big sexual lifestyle...of course there is good and bad in everyone...

Well that's tough. The short answer is not at all. However, that's based on me not cheating on her. Filipina's are like any woman, they are smart and perceptive and can spot a cheat. If you cheat on your wife she can get pretty jealous. However, Filipina's are very forgiving overall regarding infidelity.
The other problem is that Filipina's are culturally use to adultery in their society, so the lack of it might possibly casue problems because they just aren't use to misongony from the male. I have met many that in the absence of adultery from their spouse, commit adultery themselves.
