He will lose some of his credibility, but not necessarily all. What you need is evidence of his crimes. The harrassing messages. Testimony of anyone who saw you have interaction with him and what he said. Stalking can be hard to prove, and he may be let go. What you also need to do is file for a Restraining Order as well. If he attends you school, you may be able to get him suspended or expelled. See what your school has in the way of a comittee or student court type thing. You may want to take this up with them and see what they can do to get him away from you. I wish there was a way to let his parents know what he is doing too.
