A lot of masturbation and some occasional Viagra will help to extend the penis, but it will take some time and you must be patient. Better 6 inches than 11. Most women don't like em that big, although many gay men do.

6" is not a problem as that is very normal for most men. Keeping the erection is what is really more important. Knowing how to use what you have is also important.
