there is a company or a afew companies that say you can order your certified copie of your birth certifacate through them and will recieve it within 24hrs or some say 3 to 5 business days. would you think that is true or a rip off. if you order yoursel

tried county they dont have it the place that has it is in sacramento and were in arizona.

Since the only place you can get a certified copy of your birth certificate is from the county clerk where you were born....all this company is doing is acting as a "middle man".
How difficult it is to get your certificate depends on where you need to order it from. I live in Michigan. I ordered mine online and had it in a couple weeks. If I send in extra money, they would expedite it and I could have it in a few days.
I ordered my wifes from Washington State the same way....had it in a week.
So before you waste any money on a company, just go online or give them a call and see what you need to do in order to get a copy.

It's very likely that this company is a fraud. Since the process of certifying your birth certificate might take a while. However, you should try to contact this company, call their customer service, check out their website, and if they have an office, come there and check it out.

Why worry about a companies' legitimacy when you can order it directly from the courthouse in the county in which you were born? I would think whomoever orders it for you will be getting a duplicate for their own purposes, so be safe, go directly to the county.

You can call them and order it by phone and when they receive your money they will send it to you.
The on line deals I know nothing about. Compare the costs and if not much different then why not use one of them.
Most states this is not a free service. I do not know about California.

to be on the safe side, if you can get to the authorized office, better you pay for the trip. I ordered unlocking codes for a mobile and payed for them on the net and haven't received anything till now. I don't think i will trust the guys who say pay with credit cads and we'll send it to you!!!

Ripoff. Go directly to the recorder of vital statistics (names vary) in your county of birth, and get it without the price being marked up -- and without it being slowed down by going through another set of hands.

Its a totally rip off... You can get your Birth Cert. from the state that fast. Of course its gonna cost you more.

If something is too good to be true, it usually is. It's better and safer to pay the fee and get what you need within a reasonable time.

Call your local Courthouse and they will tell you how to
get a copy. These Companies just charge you extra for
what you can do yourself for less.
