UCLA is probably the best. USC is ok, as are the Claremont colleges. And I think CalTech has an architecture program, but I'm not sure.

1) Do you have a careers adviser at your school? Talk to him/her.
2) Phone some local architects and ask them for advice.
3) Is there a "professional association" for architects? Find it and contact it. They will be ready and willing to give advice.
4) Also, pray and ask for wisdom. God tells us "if any one lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives liberally and abradeth not". He loves you and wants what's best for you.
