Is it possible to get outside the Burj Al-Arab to take pictures. How do I do this?

Go to Jumeirah Beach hotel and make reservations at one of the beach restaurants. It's a little expensive but not too over the top. Another option would be to go to the Mina al Salam hotel to take pictures from the opposite angle.

When you go to Jumeirah beach, you will see Burj Al Arab. You can take good pictures from there having the Burj as your background.

yeah, go to Jumeirah beach, the free access one. And you will get a very clear shot of Burj Al Arab.

Actually I have taken one from inside the car while on the road, and just zoomed in. That way you get a real good shot of the whole building. Turned out fine!
