Can I open a new real estate business/office without holding a license in Australia (NSW)? Can I just pay someone who has completed the diploma to be able to hold a license so they can be the licensee in charge?

Basically I would like to be the one that provides the funding (as a director and owner), and have someone who has the relevant qualifications to hold the license. Eventually down the track I would then like to open multiple offices and franchise out across Australia.

Thanks

you desire a LICENSE. The license proves which you recognize each and all of the legalities and technicalities in contact in advertising authentic assets, and which you're qualified to offer (somewhat) economic and criminal suggestion to clientele. It proves which you're somewhat properly versed in tax rules affecting authentic assets transactions, and which you is genuinely no longer recommending homes to those who're out of the fee variety they are in a position to realistically have the money for. you could no longer sell authentic assets and not utilising a license. do no longer attempt. you do no longer desire to circulate interior the process the lawsuit that could unavoidably follow.
