I like to keep myself busy at this time so I don't have time to think about the bad things!!! I phone my friends up to go do things with them and then think about giving out my phone number to a few men that I meat that ask for it!!! {I have to think about this before I give them my phone number!!!} I like to give them my email address before I give out my phone number today!!!!

ha I have been crying for 4 months over the love of my life leaving me. Now, I wear a rubberband on my wrist and snap it each time I get emotional. It reminds me that being emotional isn't going to change what happened, and that ultimately, I need to move on and think positively. There is a proper amount of grieving time, but geeze... 4 months for me is long enough. In the beginning, I just watched lots of movies. You always want to isolate yourself when you're heart-broken, but that is THE worst thing you can do. Surround yourself with caring friends who will want to be a shoulder for you to lean on and an ear to listen. Time is really the best antidote too. And Prayer throughout the whole ordeal is without question, nonnegotiable. I'll never forget the positive thoughts that would come to mind whenever I was crying and couldn't stop and was praying to God about my troubles.
Do NOT wallow in Sentimental/Romantic/Sad music... it will make your emotions magnify!!

Deepened on the way the relation broke....first it just hurts and i m diving in this feeling...one time nearly two years...selfjugement..and so on....but there is a very sensitive friend.a..musician, and artist..a ery emphatic man....i talked with him 10 hours each day..he took the time....that helped me to overcome....art is a very good antidote against heartbreak..because you can express your feelings with it
and with every real expression all these wounds became relative...but not ignored...integrated in my life....making it more rich...really..gooood!

I just try to stay busy. I like to read, I do some photography, painting (oils/acrylics), I usually have dinner parties, I am friends with a pack of wolves and whenever there's food around they all show up...just stay busy doing fun stuff.

seems sad- but I force myself to cry. I know it sounds like it would make things worse- but not really.....
think of it as shedding some of the pain, and getting past one more piece of the heartbreak each time you do it.
I play slow love songs- and lock myself up in my bedroom with a box of tissues- I always fel a little bit better when I'm done..... people think ignoring it and moving on is best- it's not. it's normal to grieve from heartbreak......

My antidote is to relly on the comforts of friends and to
realize that someone else will come along; someone better.
Peace.

Well honey, it's not easy to forget the one you really love though. To me, it took me nearly 3 months to get over her by drinking and spoiling my health. It's all thanks to my friends that I've recovered well and got over it in the shortest possible time though.
Cheers and have a nice week ahead :)
