Started a new job, which I don't like and now that I have started, everyone wants me. Is it wrong to ask for extra money etc (I am payed well) to leave one place to go to another. Only been there a few weeks. I have five going at once. I just started back into the workforce fulltime since I had kids 8 years ago. Any advise from working mothers would help. The jobs are Administrative Co-ordinator positions, which are managerial - people under me. HELP!!!

I think it's OK to shop your talents; just don't do it too often. It's important to be viewed as dependable, and frequently swapping positions could be viewed negatively. Since you don't enjoy the position you're in now, I think it would be OK to change, but make sure you give your supervisor enough notice and be kind about it. Be careful about the "grass being always greener on the other side of the fence". I've known people to switch jobs and then later have regrets because the new position was more similar than they realized.
