Is there anyway I can pay it still? Pass 60days? Even if it is federal law?

Sounds like their is a judgment in court against you. If so, yes, you can pay off the judgement, or you can even do something about the amount of the judgment if you think it is too much or incorrect depending upon your state's laws. But this will normally require an attorney (free ones are available for low income folks). To pay off the judgement and stop the garnishment of your bank account, go to your bank and ask to see the garnishment. See where the court is located, go to the clerk's office and ask how to pay the money.

Talk to them and see what they have to Say.

Many times they will try and work with you. That is better than them not getting the money and you going to prison.
