I love it.
Matter of fact, six years ago I moved 200 miles from my home town...There was a girl I had a major crush on in high school...She had actually moved to the same city in '96. I bumped into her at a McDonald's in 2004. I almost fell to the floor. We got reacquainted. One of the more interesting days of my life, 'cuz for a long time I had been wondering where she was at or what she was doing. I have a significant other, so I couldn't date her, but it was all good.
Actually it's always been positive when I've bumped into a high school or college mate.

Say, "How are your husband and young babies?" Statistically she probable has them by using now. this is the subject with crushes and "love from afar" - they are not fact based. I choose you had taken the possibility to speak along with her returned in intense college. then you definately've had an inkling no rely if or no longer you have been well suited. In any adventure, you have wasted 25 years over a dream vs. fact. I wager in case you DO run into her, she would desire to under no circumstances stay as much as the fable you have created. Sorry to be harsh, yet i've got faith in residing interior the present, and not the previous. good luck!

I'll run into ALL of them at the reunion, so hopefully it won't be a total disaster.
I pretty much kept to myself in high school. I was not popular, but I was not the loser who ate by herself. I had a little circle of friends. That's about it.
Cheers

I am not really bothered...actually running into old high school friends is kinda sweet...I don't mind it at all really. If I see them around town it's kinda refreshing to me to know I'm not the only lame-o who's stuck here still hahhaha

Strongly dislike. I'm really bad with spontaneous, awkward conversations. With an old high school buddy, it's like spending five minutes in the most awkward elevator conversation of my life.
If it's scheduled, however, I love it!

Hate. They can tell your new friends some things that you rather not want them to know...
