yea im so mad that i broke one of my promises which was not smoking.....but u know what im keeping it a minimun and then eventually i know i can stop......
im going to promise myself that i will quit......

I never make promises to myself. I set goals and try my best and live with the results good, bad, or indifferent.

Yes absolutely! Every day I tell myself that I am going to quit Y!A and/or that I am going to stop flirting with Judas Rabbi...it hasn't happen yet! lol
