I am currently fighting the government. The government obeys its own laws only when it suits them.

It's pretty self-explanatory. While the government (obviously the Federal, but this holds true to states and local governments generally) cannot deprive you of property without reimbursing you a "fair price". Recently, there was a controversial court decision that the local government (a Connecticut city) could turn around and sell the property so obtained to a private concern, and many states have passed laws that prevent that from happening.

What are you getting at? There are plenty of areas of the Constitution that our government violates everyday, and we are the fools that keep electing these clowns.

Does anyone really believe a Clinton, Obama, Guilianni, or Romney would actually change the way government operates? The system itself is corupt.
