Star Ocean 4?

Question

Anyone know when star ocean 4 will be released and what game console on? Reason is that star ocean 3 blew me away. It was great because it had a really long story line and the graphics were awesome since it was on a ps2.
And anyone know if theres other games like that. Not like final fantasy where u get to take turn but a game like SO where u atk at anytime.

and when i meant by taking turns was like whenever someone atks u have to wait for the other characters on rpg's, but instead i want to atk freely and stuff.

My favorite action RPG on the PS2 is Dark Cloud 2. (It's called Dark Chronicle outside of the US). There is a great targeting system (similar to Legend of Zelda), great weapons you can actually see evolve as they level up, a cool invention system, and lots of minigames. I think you will really enjoy this game. Here is a review from IGN if you'd like to read it (they gave it a 9/10):

I think you could find this game used for less than $20. Enjoy, this is a fun game! Also, you don't have to play Dark Cloud 1 to follow the story, the stories are unrelated.

the recent favourite individual Ocean is easily a prequel to the different favourite individual Ocean video games. It in truth lays out the reason why the SRF are in area and why issues are the way they are in the different video games like rules for verbal replace on different planets and such. extremely strong interest!
