I mean you can physically feel it hurting in your chest when your upset...:(

yes, it's been broken for awhile now.
edit to add- you can definitely feel it especially when a love one passes away. it feels like someone ripped out your heart and threw it on the floor. in many ways, i would describe as though someone was applying pressure to your heart. some things will forever leave cracks but intensity goes away.

The brick wall I have built around it only has a small hole... there are only 9 people in this world that can make it physically hurt... all others are not allowed past the wall, so it is not very often that my heart hurts

Yeah it feels like it squeezes really hard. Or it just feels like it is burning. Depends on what kind of hurt and if I am mad or not.
