Coat a tampon in the yogurt. Insert before you go to bed (at least 8 hours). Remove in the morning.

No, idon't think it will work for yeast infection.

For what? You left out the reason!
If it is for infection, yes, yogurt does change the ph in your vaginal area, but there are different kinds of infection, so it may not work.

no, it could make it worse..yogurt usually has some kind of sugars in it which yeast thrive on.
