I have a question about Pharmacy and majors....is health science a good major?

I was wondering if health science is a good major to get into if I want to become a pharmacist..reason why i'm asking cause I was looking at the UC Santa Cruz website and it said under the health science major that one of the careers was pharmacy..obviously chemistry is important...so I was planning to minor in that...so is health science a good major? or should I pick the typical Bio and Chemistry major?

Do pharmacy! Its a occupation. as quickly as you end you would be a pharmacist. in case you do biology/biochem/chem its in ordinary terms a point. have confidence me. I majored in biology and could no longer come across artwork. i had to pass decrease returned to college and did a commerce in lab technologies. once you're attracted to pharmacy pick for it. it could pay outstanding too. If that school would not furnish pharm, pass someplace else. Doing bio/chem will no longer get you a activity asw a pharmacist, you may prefer to do pharmacy.

Do pharmacy! Its a profession. When you finish you'll be a pharmacist. If you do biology/biochem/chem its just a degree. Trust me. I majored in biology and could not find work. i had to go back to school and did a trade in lab technology. If you're interested in pharmacy go for it. It pays well too. If that university doesn't offer pharm, go elsewhere. Doing bio/chem isn't going to get you a job asw a pharmacist, you have to do pharmacy.

Health science is one of the stupidest majors I've ever heard of. For if you don't get into a health science program, it is completely worthless. There is value to a standard science degree.
