I'm like you, very accident prone.
I do believe that some people are more accident prone than others. Some people have more physical agility than others. I've always been a bit of a klutz.
Then there are factors we can control. When people are in too much of a rush or trying to do too much at once (I do both) they are more likely to be careless.

Some breeds are bred to guard such as german shephereds, rottweilers etc and others were bred to fight, such as pitbulls. There is a genetic disposition in the guarding breeds that can make them wary of strangers, which means they are good at what they were bred for. However a lot of their temperament also comes from "nuture" which is how they are trained and handled by humans. A staffordshire bull terrier is only 1 of the 2 breeds that the kennel club recommends that are ideal family pets with children. This goes to show that a lot of the breeds that are thought to be dangerous are in fact great family pets. Saying that though, people must never trust a dog 100% and never leave them around children unsupervised, as anything can happen. I am not just saying this about dogs though, any pet or animal has the potential to bite or scratch as they are animals that have been tamed but are not totally "safe"

This occurred with our very own President Gerald Ford. He took it all in stride. It is NOT always that a person is accident prone. Many things can contribute to this. You may be a nervous person for one thing. YOU may have a "special calling" which means you respond to a "different drummer." Don't discount yourself. This "status" could place you far "higher" than most of the people that you encounter. Thus, you don't feel at ease with "others." Perhaps, at times, you may feel that you are "odd." You should journalize on a daily basis. Then you can look back and see where you are going. YOU may just find out that you are "lucky." Your "calling" may come from God above. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

lol I would have to say yes, I also seem to be prone to accidents. I say yes because thinking is natural and I believe that if one thinks something is true, then in that person eyes it is. The best thing to do is laugh it off and be more careful next time.

Some folks're just naturally generally inattentive/negligent to potential hazards in their immediacy. Perhaps a history of 'oops'es' breeds famaliarity or complacency with an accepted norm of accidents.
Safety just doesn't happen, you know!
Take care, will ya?

Some people lack the concentration. They can not handle simple things. Such people are more accident prone.
