Since I am a war veteran from the 60's I have no lower half to my body any more. Would this qualify me to give the answer you need from the "half" person? If so,,,then my answer is that it's NOT compulsory. This is simply your wishes for your question.Only three more WHOLE people need to answer now!!!!
