Kill his dog, unceremoniously dump the dead carcass on his desk at your work and threaten to do the same to his family unless he gives you a good reason why he fired you.

Here's a link for the National Employment Lawyers Association:
http://www.nela.org/NELA/
I suggest that you prepare a simple 2-4 sentence explanation that describes the situation and then contact a few attorneys in your area for a consultation.
This is the Best Answer I can offer.

That's right. In most states in the U.S., a business owner can fire an employee for almost any reason he wants, even just for standing up for himself/herself. That's why the best course of action around here is to know the laws, act stupid and pretend to kiss @ss, gather as much evidence as possible and later sue the shi+ out of him.

um i have no clue..you shouldn't have joked back, sexual harrasment isn't just anything, its aganist the law. If you rboss was being provocative you should of spoke up and not went along with it. You could always go to the one above your boss but without proof that he did anything your screwed. Lesson learnt i guess.

If it was a good job go back and visit with your ex-boss and tell him how sorry you are about the entire misunderstanding....that is if you weren't rude or abusive. Then you are toast.
