yeah i know what you mean, seen it lots. i do nails and even though i can take care of it and make it pretty, it's up to them to keep it up. i'd get a good pedicure, one from a reputtable place. don't let them use a razor. now for home care, get a nice paddle, or pumice stone. soak your feet, pat them dry and then start in. don't take the skin down too fast. if it gets thin, then you will have other problems, like fiscures ( cracks in heels). gently, every other day, paddle the heels, then apply a good heavy cream, eucerin is a good one. or the neutrogena hand cream. yeah use it on heels too. if you can stand it, try sox over them. the warmth will help soak in. i wish you luck, just don't go crazy with the paddle.

you can use the scrubbers mentioned above which will get rid of the rough skin, but i find they can damage the new, soft layer as well. the best way to get rid of rough cracked heels os to cover your feet in petroleum jelly (vaseline) and cover them with plastic freezer bags and slip socks on over the top (to keeo the bags in place). it feels yukky while you have the bags on but it does wonders for your feet!

yeah same thing happens to me. theres actually a scrubber thing you can buy at like walmart. it looks like a little skinny paddle and you srub your feet with it. or you can get a pedicure and ask where you can get the scrubber from.

There's this calous remover stuff that my mom used.. You like put it on and file it off with a nail file thing.. She said it worked really well because that same thing was happening to her..
I think it was called like calous off or something like that..
