m sleeping, watching tv, IMing and texting dfferent pple( they all know i am sleepy but they won't leave me alone............they keep waking me up and i am thinking i was still on here and watching tv).

technology is causing you too be anxious. its a good idea to take a break from it at least two to three hours a day...not while you are sleeping. take a walk without your electronics, you will enjoy it more.
