I dont mean to direct this at you, as i have seen a lot of women post this kind of thing, but if you are only 2 weeks late, you will NOT already be having pains here, sores there, and all that jazz.
The earliest noticable signs of pregnancy (other than a missed period) start during or nearing the end of the second month. Thus why most women don't find out until their second month.

At this stage you would not have the back pain or pressure. You may have some cramping due to the missed period and the ligaments stretching and your nipples may be sore but that is it. The feelings in your lower stomach would not be any kind of fetal movement.

It could be PMS or you may have a urinary tract infection that would cause the back pain.

I would take a pregnancy test.

Well those symptoms are sure definately signs my wife has shown when she has been pregnant with my 4 kids. She is now 18 weeks pregnant and those are definately all the signs she is having at this time. So you might want to see your doctor and have him take a pregnancy test.

yes they are all signs, or you could be having an irregular cycle. have you been sexual active in the last month, protected or unprotected. if so then you really should take a pregnancy test. either buy an at home test or get one done and the doctor's office or clinic

The next step for you is to take a pregnancy test. That will tell you whether or not you're pregnant. The most reliable preg test is E.P.T. (brand name).
