I'd say that's a good $500-$1000 more then it is worth, unless its go less then 8K miles. In December 2005 I bought A 2004 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636 with 3K miles for $5000 in mint condition. Obviously I got a great deal off ebay on the bike and since it was winter the # of bids was even lower, with that in mind unless you live in a warm state I'd reconsider paying so much for a 6 year old bike that may sit in the garage for most of the next 4 months. See below for much better prices in my area then go to your local craiglist page!
