Yes. Birds that are known to eat flesh may eat snails. For example, the snail kite's beak is adapted for picking out the fleshy part of the snail from inside it's shell. With this adaptation, we can see that snails are it's primary food, though it is not uncommon for these kites to eat other smaller prey if there are no snails.

Yes, especially crows. Where I live they smack the snails on the ground to crack the shell so they can eat them with ease. Not all birds eat snails though like finches don't. If you want to into detail I would do some research.

yup- some species are even adapted to only eating snails. Most species that eat invertebrates consider them a tasty (and highly nutritious) treat.
