I am only 20, so i still have time to change anything i want about myself, but are you talking physically with my body? or something that has happened that i want to change?

well physically, i wish I could change how my lifestyle was when I was growing up, (being lazy, eating too much) now I am fat, and I would change that in a heartbeat if I could, I am active now, but its harder to lose weight than it is to gain it, (a lot harder), I would do it for my family and friends, because I have high risk of heart attack and other serious health traumas, and I dont know what my family would do if they lost me, I don't want to put them through losing someone else, it has happened to much in my famly already

Implement the Buddha's Teachings earlier rather than end up in unwanted consequences of my previous deeds. I was so ignorant and unwise before learning of what Buddhism has to offerin this wonderfullife.

I'd be thin instead of fat. Unfortunately, my husband is a chef, which is why I got fat, and why it's difficult to lose weight. He made me an cranberry apple almond pie today ... and we have enough stuff to make another one. Oh, well, I don't mind being fat if he loves me, and he does ... so I guess I really wouldn't change ANYTHING.

I would change that I am so pessimistic. It really ruins an otherwise nice situation sometimes, always wondering what is going to go wrong.

I used to get angry and changed myself already and now I need to be further peaceful within as desires keep on creeping in and disturbing me.
