AFC East is the worst, along with NFC South. If the chiefs can get their offensive line prepared to play every game they could have a good year. And by not giving the ball to johnson every play hes on the field.

AFC West is not the worst overall...

The Chargers WILL (and underline will) take first place by a considerable margin as Norv Turner finally realized in the past two games that LT is first option for the football FOLLOWED by Rivers-to-Gates. The Chargers are angry and are going to play like they have something to prove. The Chargers are going to have a winning record and have finally overcome their early season problems with the coaching staff.

The Raiders are decent, though by no means good.

The Chiefs defense is operating... which will make them decent.

I would not be shocked if the Broncos took last however.

The overall worst division is the AFC East.
One great team and three crappers. The Patriots (6-0) probably would only need 2 more wins to take the whole division. The Bills, Jets, and Dolphins are all HORRIBLE. Look for a 15-1 or 14-2 Pats followed by three 5-11 or worse teams.

As for allegations of the NFC North being the worst division...
The 2007 Packers are perhaps the most under-rated 5-1 team in the history of the NFL. They are playing with some spirit and Favre looks almost as spirited and tough as he ever did in his twenties.

The Vikings have ADRIAN PETERSON. Yes, it needed caps lock.

The Bears still have a defense and Griese looks promising, though not great.

The Lions are a surprise team... though I don't think Kitna will get his guarantee, they probably will make the playoffs.

The AFC East is the worst. Yes, they have the Pats, but after that the rest are a combined 2-15 and the Bills could lose 12 while the Fins could go 0-16. Pathetic.

Unfortunatley, it is the AFC East. That division is playing .333 (8-16) football right now, and that's INCLUDING the Patriots.

The Chargers were off to a bad start, and the Raiders actually have an improved offense. Don't expect KC to be in the driver's seat much longer.

Yes, AFC West is the worst. Charges will take it just because of LT. They are the only team even competent at this point. Denver should be 0-5, Chiefs have no offense, Raiders still to disorganized.

Ugly!

I would have to disagree. Then NFC North is the worst division in football. The Bears beat the packers the packers beat the lions the lions beat the bears the packers beat the vikings and the bears lost to the vikings. What happened to a dominant force in the NFC North? I don't know.

Fortunately for the Chargers, yes.
Chargers should take the division easily...if they keep up the damage they're doing.

keep going Chargers!
