An author should always thank his or her editor, and I've been blessed by many editors. First, my editor and publisher, Jamie Raub at Warner Books and also my editor friend and chairman of AOL Time Warner Book Group Larry Kirschbaum and of course my long time editor and wife Ginny De Mille ...

If the book is an anthology of essays or short stories there can be five or six editors. It all depends on the type of book and how many writers contributed to the book(s).
