Sad that movies are made with children getting killed, but I do remember watching Nicholas Cage's movie called War Lords I think. Or something similar to that. I felt very uncomfortable after seeing a whole town get murdered because things like this really do happen. If I had known children were going to be victims in the movie, I would not have seen it.

There are many films:
Pan's Labyrinth~The little girl is shot when she won't hand over the baby near the end of the film.
Rebel Without a Cause~Plato (Sal Mineo) is shot by the police because the boy is holding a gun that they don't know isn't loaded.
The Bridge (1960-German)~Schoolboys assigned to guard the bridge all are killed by American troops.
Mimic~Two preteen boys are killed by Judas bugs.
Lady in White~There is a ghostly reenactment of the murder of the little girl who haunts the school's cloakroom.
Hornets' Nest~One of the younger freedom fighters is machinegunned by the leader of the group who has gotten carried away by killing enemy soldiers.
Boys of Paul Street~I think one of the boys is injured and dies.
A War of Children (TV movie)~about The Troubles in Ireland, in which at least one child is killed.
Lord of the Flies (both versions)
Gone With the Wind~Bonnie is injured onscreen when she's thrown by her pony but dies offscreen.
Pet Sematary~I don't recall if we see Gabe's death, but his father has to kill him again.
The Good Son~Macaulay Culkin's character is killed on camera when his parent releases his hand in order to save Elijah Wood. (Actually, I don't think any parent would have done that; I think it would have been the other boy who died to cover the bad boy's tracks.)
West Side Story~Riff and Nardo are killed via switchblade during the rumble, and Tony is shot by Chino.
Bully~This was is horrendous! The bully of the title is killed by others his age in a very brutal way. *shudder* I'd almost forgotten this one!
Brick~I don't remember how many of the deaths might apply, but this is film noir for teens.
Pumpkinhead~The little boy is struck by a dunebuggy then dies a bit later, setting off his father's doomed plot to gain vengeance.
Prophecy~A boy in a sleeping bag is slammed against the tree in a scene that is still shocking today.

There is a powerful movie about a boy who starred in a popular film but got mixed up with a gang and was murdered. It's almost too painful to watch! I haven't been able to find it yet.

How young are you looking for because the Fifties had a number of gang films that included the death of juveniles, usually as a warning to the audience.

Oh yes indeedy!

ASSAULT ON PRECINCT 13!!!

The John Carpenter version, not the crap one with Ethan Hawke.

Anyways, this 9-year-old girl gets shot point blank to the chest. You see the blood (splatter pack thing) and she screams and falls down. Not too bad for quite a shocking scene, and what with child actors usually being ****. That happens about ten minutes into the film, and is kinda the reason the film happens.

The original "Assault on Precinct 13" (1975):

A little girl gets shot by a criminal hiding inside an ice cream truck
(what'd you expect from John Carpenter anyway?)

Yes, Pay It Forward. The little boy (Haley Osment) is killed in the end of the movie by a thuggish kid with a knife. It was pretty sad.

M. is about child-killings. It's a really old movie, but I think it's from the pre-Code era so it might be graphic, I'm not sure. I was just reading about it, but I left my film textbook at school so I can't look it up at the moment.
