He's wonderful! I've loved him since the 70s. I'll make a correction to something another person said; Bernie Taupin didn't write his songs - he wrote the lyrics (and still does). Elton is the composer of the music, and an excellent composer at that! He's a musical genius!

Yes he is though Bernie Taupin wrote most of his songs.
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Caribou, Captain Fantastic and The Brown Dirt Cowboy are my favourite albums.
