This seems to indicate a multiplier of about 2 ( relative to CO2 at 1 ) and with much greater concentration comes to about 98% of the whole greenhouse effect is due to H2O with a tiny left in the CO2 account

Hydrogen gas cells are especially high priced and don't final long.  this could be a a tactics greater subject than their effluent. Water vapor is the biggest greenhouse gas (on standard) via weight, yet purely bills for approximately 0.5 the full greenhouse result (greater often than not interior the tropics, little or no on the poles - it is the reason AGW warms the poles a lot greater advantageous than something of the earth).  additionally, water vapor purely lasts approximately 9 days interior the ambience previously it precipitates out as rain or snow.  including or subtracting water vapor has an extremely small impact on climate; the movers and shakers are the flaws which tension the quantity of water which remains, how a lot varieties extreme clouds vs. low clouds vs. vapor, and so on.
